TraceRoute

I just upgraded to Portal 2.2.21 and find that the TraceRoute icon is disabled. Is there a setting to enable it?

Certain functions on the toolbar will be disabled if we have not received all of the information we need from a node. Specifically in this case we need to know the firmware that is running on this node and the bridge node.
