Where do we get the raw S19 file?

Portal 2.218 does not flash a Panasonic 4561. The file that we attempted to flash was MC1321x_SnapV2.2.12.sfi. The Com port is working correctly because the Pan4561 ran correctly as a bridge.

The other day Kbanks stated that if there is no bootloader sw in the 4561 then we could flash in the raw s19 file via the BDM port. Where can we get such a file? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Don,

We are going to have your local Synapse/Panasonic rep hook you up with some boot code for your eval modules. This can be flashed into your units via the BDM port. That way you can upgrade/downgrade to any number of SNAP versions using Portal.

As an aside - All production modules come with this boot-loader code. It was just the fact you received some very preliminary evaluation modules that this code was not included.
