Here is an example script that configures the PWM capability on the Si1000/Si1002 also used on the RF300 and RF301. It is currently setup to control 6 PWM outputs on GPIO0-GPIO5. The Si100x utilizes an internal crossbar which can be rerouted to provide these outputs on different pins if desired. The information for changing the crossbar routing is available in the Si100x datasheet.
